## Engagement ladder

Four discrete steps. Pay only for the next one you choose.

- **Discovery call** — 2 hours, free. Map one bottleneck, decide together if an agent is worth building. Written read-out either way, no commitment.
- **Discovery session** — 8 hours, $1,000 fixed. Deep audit of the process. Output: 1-page spec, ROI estimate, fixed-scope build quote. Spec is yours regardless.
- **Implementation** — 2–4 weeks, scoped from the session. Production agent on your stack — Claude API, your CRM, your data. Code in your repo from day one. We own the SLA through cutover.
- **Support** — 2 hours/week, $100/week. Monitoring, prompt tuning, drift fixes, weekly check-in. Cancel anytime.

- **Customer support agents** — Tier-1 deflection, ticket routing with context, CSM time-savers

## Method (in four principles)

1. We map work before we automate it. Discovery is non-optional.
2. You own the agent — code, prompts, logs. No platform lock-in.
3. Humans in the loop wherever money moves. Drafts, not autonomous sends, on cutover.
4. Four weeks or we kill it. Timebox is a quality gate, not a marketing line.

- Claude API (Haiku for fast routing, Sonnet for drafting) — primary
- LangGraph for agent orchestration
- Customer's existing CRM, ticketing, KB, data warehouse
- Postgres for run logs and audit trail (in customer's infra by default)

## Status

Boutique. Three cofounders, none full-time yet. Pre-revenue as of 2026-05-06. The case study on /work is an illustrative engagement, not a delivered customer story — we'll publish real ones as pilots ship.
