We don’t have a methodology deck. We have four rules we apply to every engagement, and they explain why our pricing, our scope, and our timeline look the way they do.
Most failed AI pilots automate the wrong thing — they pick a process that looks repeatable and ship without measuring where time actually goes. We don't.
Every engagement starts with a discovery session: a live ride-along, a pull of representative records, a baseline measurement of the bottleneck. The output is a one-page spec with concrete numbers — not a deck.
If the math doesn't work, we say so and you keep the spec. No discovery, no build. We hold ourselves to the same rule.
Code lives in your GitHub from day one. Prompts in your repo or your Notion, your choice. Logs and traces in your Postgres or your warehouse — not in some Eazzzy-managed black box.
There is no Eazzzy platform. We charge for the build, not for the lock-in. If you decide tomorrow to take the agent in-house, the handover is a one-week handoff doc, not a contract negotiation.
This is the line that separates an agency from a vendor. We're an agency.
On cutover, our agents draft — they don't send. Whatever the action is — a customer reply, a CRM update, an outbound message — a human approves before it leaves your system.
We turn on auto-execution only for narrow, well-calibrated cases, and only with your explicit decision after the metrics earn it. Usually weeks four through eight, never week one.
We've seen the agents that auto-apologized to the wrong customer at 2 a.m. and auto-routed a $50k opportunity to the trial pool. Human-in-the-loop is the safety net you keep until your data tells you to drop it.
Every engagement is timeboxed: discovery in week one, build in two, shadow in three, cutover in four. If we hit the end of week three and the metrics don't justify cutover, we run a kill review — not a rescue.
Maybe scope was wrong. Maybe the ROI doesn't pencil out. Either way, you stop paying. The kill is the feature.
Four weeks forces scope discipline: you can't fit fifteen nice-to-haves into a month. We cut to the one thing that matters. If we can ship faster, we shorten. We don't lengthen.
